“Is There Such a Thing as a Badass Vegetable Garden?”

This video seeks to answer that question. It was made by a young man who infiltrated private property by moonlight and planted vegetables. The land turned out to belong to the Catholic church across the road. To find out more, you must watch the video!

Happy Thanksgiving to my American readers!

Great title … and a good story. Thanks.

Love guerrilla gardening. Love! In my city some people planted perrenials and sunflowers on a vacant lot abandoned by an Esso gas station, on a very popular street.

I have secretly thought about planting potatoes somewhere near my house… but don’t have the guts to do it!

I went guerilla gardening once–we whipped up a hundred or so dandelion seed balls and then threw them all over a rocky vacant lot, to green the place up a bit. It was a rush! And when I walk by nowadays, a few years later, I can see the patches of weeds creeping over the gravel.

WOOT! Thanks for sharing this. Guerrilla gardening is where’s it’s at. I’m going to share this with all of my urban ag loving friends as soon as I hit “post” on this comment. :)
